Welcome to the National Standards Code for educational services, and facilities. This code will apply to all grade schools, and higher education facilities. All educational facilities must be accredited by the Department of Education, and those that charge a tuition must assure that the student has all of the tools they will need, inclduing tools that might not be directly needed (such as computer for an electrician). All schools will be required to meet certain guidelines when it comes to computer systems, and other tools. This will be noted in other pages.

I am not an expert in education, nor do I pretend to be. However, I am basing my system of requirements based on my experience while I was in grade school. I graduated primary school in 1991, and back then – computers were not in every student’s hands. I do recognize the value and importance. I also understand the value and important of hand writing including printing, and script. With that in mind, it won’t be all typing as some students might find that they can write quicker than they can type, and all tools will be made available to the student even if it means no paper notepads.
